1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure our schedule is managed properly, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of your service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
2. Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can provide the best service to all clients. Please be sure to call us if you are running late.
3. Deposits
For certain services or first-time clients, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the specified time frame to avoid losing your deposit.
4. Refunds
All services are final once completed. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 7 days, and we will do our best to address your concerns. Adjustments can be made, but refunds will not be issued.
5. Health & Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service. Masks and hand sanitization practices may be in place based on current health guidelines.
